About Me

I have recently graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours Degree in History. I have a cat called Alice who I love to bits, even though she thinks she rules the house (she probably does, but we won’t tell her that).

I love to read and write in my spare time, although whether my stories are any good is a different matter, but it keeps my mind active.

I also do edits, graphics and various other little projects in my spare time, if university work doesn’t keep me busy.

I’m a fan of pretty much anything that peaks my interest and enjoy reading and going to the cinema.

I am a huge fan of James Bond, especially the Bond/Dench M pairing, but I do write the occasional crossover and for a few other fandoms if the muse lets me. Also a massive fan of Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Helen Mirren and Julie Andrews. They are inspirational and I love their work.

Hobbies: Reading, Writing, Egyptology.

Favorite Books/Authors:
Raymond Benson, James Bond, Harry Potter Series, Jane Austen, T.S. Eliot, William Shakespeare, Othello, Macbeth, The Winters Tale, Antony and Cleopatra, Christian Jacq, Alfred Lord Tennyson.

In my spare time I also create various paintings based on individuals, such as actors and actresses from all ages, as well as animals and landscapes. You will also find some sketches that I have quickly drawn, before I have started painting the finished art piece. I also do various fanart paintings and sketches, which I have created based on various fandom characters, from TV shows and movies.

Media used: I often use oils and acrylics in my art, and add finishing touches with various brushes and detail and oily blenders. If the occasion calls for it, I may also use some watercolour as well as digital airbrush.

Software: The painting’s I create are mostly done in Photoshop CS6 extended, using various brushes that I have created or purchased from Deviantart with points to make each piece unique. I also have a fondness of stars which you will see in most of my artwork, especially in the background.

Take care,
